The equipment at the Hammersmith location is top of the line - Soprano Ice Titanium - it's almost pain-free and features a cooling system that’s crucial for minimizing any chance of scarring on darker skin tones. The technician really knows her stuff and tailors the settings to fit my skin and hair type. She was super attentive during the patch test and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which was a refreshing change from other patch tests I’ve experienced, so I decided to stick with her. After a few sessions, I can say the staff are consistently professional and clearly know their trade. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about laser hair removal.

I was after skilled professionals (Iwona, who works near Angel Station in Islington, is truly exceptional. She really knows her stuff and walks you through everything. Plus, she’s always ready to answer any questions about skin care. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. As someone who runs a small business, I totally get how tough it is to find passionate people) with top-notch customer service. But more than that, I wanted high-quality laser equipment. Sometimes, it’s worth it to shell out a bit more (I get it, things are pricey these days). This clinic has it all. For me, it’s a solid 10 out of 10. Great job!

Fantastic service with super friendly folks (shoutout to Luana in Hammersmith and Kate in Moorgate). I've had 9 full body sessions, and every single time, I felt totally comfortable. The team was really attentive, making sure I got top-notch service along with solid advice and suggestions. When it comes to hair regrowth, a few spots have been a bit stubborn, but most areas have shown a big drop in regrowth. Man, I wish I had started this earlier!

What a terrible service experience! I had to pay upfront for my three bookings when I really wanted to settle them one at a time. When I ended up being late, I was made to wait for hours just to get my appointment that day, or else I was warned I'd lose the services I had already paid for. The owner was super rude and made me feel really uneasy. Totally not accommodating at all.
